Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ET Training collects when you book soccer training, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
ET Training is the soccer training service of Coach Eren (Hasan Eren Cinbar) in New Jersey.

2. Information you give us
When you register a player we ask for: player first and last name, date of birth, age, current team, position, dominant foot, playing level, years of experience, goals, and any injury notes.
We also ask the parent or guardian for: name, email address, phone number, city, and preferred days and times.
If a friend, cousin, or sibling referred the player, we also store the referral code that was used.
3. Payment information
Card payments are taken by a secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, and we do not keep bank details on this website.
4. How we use your information
To schedule sessions and agree on a training location.
To build a training plan suited to the player's age, level, position, and goals.
To track progress and give feedback.
To contact you about bookings, changes, and receipts.
To apply referral discounts correctly.
5. Who can see it
Player and parent information is private. It is visible only to Coach Eren in a protected admin area.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone.
The payment provider only sees what it needs to process a payment.
6. Photos and video
Photos or video taken during training are used for analysis and are only shared with the player's family. If you do not want your child recorded, tell us and we will not record them.
7. How long we keep it
We keep registration details while you are an active client and for a reasonable time afterwards, so we can follow a player's history.
You can ask us to delete your family's information at any time by emailing ettrainingsoccer@gmail.com.
8. Children
Training is booked by a parent or guardian, who provides the player's information.
A parent or guardian can ask us to correct or delete their child's information at any time.
9. Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to stop sending you messages about training at any time.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
