Refund Policy
Effective October 24, 2026
Please read this before you buy a package. It explains what happens if you cannot use your sessions.
1. Packages are non-refundable
Once a package is purchased, the payment is not refunded. This applies to every package: single session, 4 sessions, 8 sessions, and 12 sessions.
2. Why
Package prices are discounted because they are bought upfront, and the training times are held for your player.
3. What you can do instead
Unused sessions stay in your package and can be used later.
You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice and it will not be counted as used.
4. The 24-hour rule
A session cancelled or moved with less than 24 hours notice is deducted from your package.
5. If something unexpected happens
If a player is injured, moves away, or something similar stops training, email us and we will look at what is possible with the remaining sessions. This is a conversation, not a refund.
6. Payment questions
If something looks wrong on your card statement, contact us first at ettrainingsoccer@gmail.com before raising a dispute with your bank.
